Double-sided deburring of metal sheets up to 0.2" thick

Double-sided deburring of metal sheets up to 0.2" thick can be achieved in a single operation with no additional treatment. The machine's flap wheels
can be easily adjusted as they wear.
One set of wheels lasts for approximately 6500 feet of stainless steel sheet. Supplied standard with two 80 grit flap wheels, the ROLEI® BE 5 can be used with other optional grits to suit the facet width and materials of your particular application.
Optional accessories (see our Price List for details):
• Spare flap wheels (40, 60, 80, and 120 grit)
• Machine stand, made from strong steel
• Extension rail (guide rail), from 20° to 27° (must be ordered with machine)
• Port for industrial dust extractor
• 220 V or 440 V power are available
