Mild steel 3/16" thick was bent to the same shape as the existing bulkhead steel sheeting.

Repair plates were bent and holes punched around the perimeter. Plates were lowered over holes and held in place from above. Diver used HB-4400 to drill 15/64" holes around perimeter of plate into pylon.

After the tide dropped to low tide, the work was done without a diver's hat.

Diver uses air impact wrench to secure plate to pylon with a single stainless steel self-tapping screw.

After one screw was secured, the HB-4400 was then used to install 12 to 16 screws around the perimeter of the plate.
