Mild steel 3/16" thick was bent to the same shape as the existing bulkhead steel sheeting. |

Diver Drilling Holes
Repair plates were bent and holes punched around the perimeter. Plates were lowered over holes and held in place from above. Diver used HB-4400 to drill 15/64" holes around perimeter of plate into pylon. |

After the tide dropped to low tide, the work was done without a diver's hat. |

Diver uses air impact wrench to secure plate to pylon with a single stainless steel self-tapping screw. |

After one screw was secured, the HB-4400 was then used to install 12 to 16 screws around the perimeter of the plate. |
