PORTAMIX HIPPO Mixing Stations
Mixing and placing of construction compounds is now much easier and faster. Cement screeds, grout, mortar, texture coatings, sealants, adhesives and other self-
leveling compounds and construction materials can
be easily mixed in a short time. The HIPPO mixing
station boosts productivity, lowers labor costs and reduces physical effort.
The HIPPO has a full brim capacity of approximately 20 gallons, 290 pounds or 4- or 5-bag batches. The specially shaped mixing bowl eliminates pockets of unmixed product and also makes cleaning out easy. The bowl’s spout lets the user pour onto the floor or into small containers without mess or waste. As an additional convenience, the mixing motor can be reverse-mounted for mixing in smaller containers "alongside."
The HIPPO is available with casters for level floors or tires for rough terrain. New models are now available with rimless buckets and removable liners to save time and extend bucket life when mixing multiple batches. The HIPPO is available with an electric or air-powered motor.
