The EKF multi-purpose beveling machine is designed to bevel 30° or 45° weld seams on steel, stainless steel, nonferrous metals, brass and plastics. It can also be used to deburr and chamfer; straighten edges, internal and external radii; and countersink holes from 7/8" diameter.

2-speed, double-sided deburring of sheet metal up to 0.2" thick.
Double-sided deburring of sheet metal up to 0.2" thick can be achieved in a single operation with no additional treatment. The machine’s flap wheels can be easily adjusted as they wear. One set of wheels lasts for approximately 6500 feet of stainless steel sheet. Supplied standard with two 80 grit flap wheels, the ROLEI® BE 5 can be used with other optional grits to suit the facet width and materials of your particular application.
