The VARILEX® boasts a powerful 12.27 Amp,1350 W motor that has been designed and developed for heavy industrial use. The speed is infinitely adjustable between 2000 and 7300 RPM. A tachogenerator keeps the speed constant, even when the grinder is operating at full load.
Sensitive variable-speed control makes the VARILEX® ideal for use with both flap discs and polishing discs, as well as grinding and cutting wheels, for applications ranging from grinding to blending, pre-polishing and polishing. The variable-speed control:
Doubles the service life of the disc being used
Prevents glazing of the disc and heat deformation on the workpiece
Drastically reduces the noise level
The VARILEX® differs from a conventional angle grinder in its motor design to allow for exceptional performance at low RPM – without motor overheating or burnout. This machine also offers the ability to change discs in seconds, without tools, using the patented EASY-LOCK clamping nut and spindle lock. It also offers:

FIX Test Kit (Right, Part Number: 80051u) includes: FIX Hook & Loop backing disc with PUR foam, FIX fleece discs, FIX SuperPolish discs, FIX TZ Pyramid disc, mini polishing compounds and lime powder in a practical dispenser. 4-1/2" diameter.
The VARILEX® is not designed for continuous use at low speed for polishing paint in the automotive trade.

CS Unitec's dust extraction vacuums offer strong 130 CFM air flow and an automatic filter cleaning system to maximize vacuum power and dust collection. The "Power Take-off" outlet activates the ON/OFF mode from the tool switch, making these vacuums ideal for use with power tools. Manual ON/OFF is necessary for pneumatic tools.
