New disc for multifunctional grinding in corners and on flanges and flat surfaces. A large number of perpendicular grinding flaps (approximately twice as many as on conventional flap discs) with small gaps between them mean that for the first time it is possible to combine different operations, drastically cutting working time and tool costs.

• Ideal for smoothing welds in corners and on flanges (produces clean, “soft” transitions for a perfect look).
• Multifunction discs – if the contact pressure is increased, the flaps will compress to form a package that is as aggressive as conventional flap discs. If the contact pressure is low, the various flaps create a spring effect that is ideal for finish grinding, finishing and deburring.
• Hemp backing plate is trimmed automatically while grinding.
• Open construction creates a high cooling effect that drastically reduces the grinding temperature on both the workpiece and the grinding disc.
• The new active agent composition in the abrasive fabric further reduces the surface temperature of the workpiece.
