Band Saw Blades & Clamps

Unitec SuperBand saw blades are made of tougher M42 steel. 8% Cobalt gives them the highest heat resistance in portable band saw blades with a hardness of Rc 67-69. SuperBands easily cut most ferrous and non-ferrous metals including stainless steel, inconel, chrome, hastelloy, tool steels, "super" alloys and other materials. Longer life, fewer blade changes and the fastest cutting rates result in the lowest cost per cut.

Variable tooth pitch (10/14 and 8/12) saw blades cut faster and last longer than standard pitch blades. Varying tooth size and gullet depth reduces harmonic vibration for quieter more efficient cutting.
